📃Terms of Servic📌🔵Agreement

🔵 Please read Terms of service for commissioning from me carefully before ordering to prevent misunderstandings between you and I in the future. When you commissioning from me, it will be considered that you have accepted and agreed to all the terms of service.
🔵 If there is an error due to you not reading terms of service in full, I’ll not be held responsible in anyway.
🔵 I don't accept rush work because 1 piece may take 7 days to 1 month to complete, depending on the details of the work.
🔵 I sort the queue according to the time of receiving payment.
🔵 Please let us know that if it is used commercial, the price of the work will be increased by 50% of the price.
🔵 Once I have confirmed the price, you will be required to make a down payment of 50% of the full price or conveniently pay the full amount within 3 days. I will begin working on your commission as soon as the payment is received.
🔵 No refunds are offered in every case. If you want to cancel a commission, you must cancel commission before work starts.
🔵 If you have a deadline, please let me know clearly before starting the work. If you notify me after the work has started for a while, the work will not be canceled or any deposit will be refunded.
🔵 Drafts can be edited no more than 3 times. Next time there will be an additional fee.
🔵 After the work is completed, if you want to edit it, there will be an additional charge per edit. The price will depend on the details of the part that needs to be edited.
🔵 Send work files via Email.
🔵 Always give credit to me (TinTin05) as the creator.
🔵 I can post work in progress images of their work and the work itself (with watermarks) on their various social media or portfolios to promote their work without prior notice. If you do not want it to be published, please notify me in advance.

🟡Timeline Process

🟡 Please communicate via Email, X(Twitter) or Facebook.
🟡 When providing job details, the main things I need to know are the purpose of use, whether it will be used commercially, the details of the work required, the character's posture or the mood & tone you want. You can find reference images to show me. After that, we will evaluate the price according to the details. In case you are not sure or do not know how to give details, you can ask me to suggest ideas or discuss with you.
🟡 You will have to transfer a deposit of 50% of the price or transfer the full amount and show proof of the transfer before starting work within 3 days. If you want to pay in installments, you can talk to me.
🟡 After I receive the money, I'll start sketching and ideas. I will offer you draft designs for you to choose which one you like. When you are okay with it, I will start the color roughs and offer you the overall mood and tone of the work for your consideration.
🟡 After you are confirmed with the draft and color roughs, I'll start to add more details to the work until the final step.
🟡 When finished, I'll send it to you to check the work. If you want to change some details, please collect feedback and send it to me in one go so that I can estimate the price of the additional changes. You'll have to transfer the money for edit details before I can proceed with changing details and send it to you to check the work again. The price depends on the details that need to be change.
🟡 If you are okay with the work, You'll have to transfer the remaining full amount. I'll then send the work files via email.

📃Terms of Servic📌🔵กฏและข้อตกลง

🔵 กรุณาอ่านกฏและข้อตกลงในการสั่งงานคอมมิชชั่นของนักวาดให้เรียบร้อยก่อนจะสั่งงาน เพื่อป้องกันการเข้าใจผิดระหว่างลูกค้าและนักวาดในอนาคต เมื่อลูกค้าสั่งงานคอมมิชชั่นกับทางเราจะถือว่ายอมรับและตกลงกับเงื่อนไขทุกอย่างตามที่ระบุไว้
🔵 หากมีข้อผิดพลาดที่สาเหตุเกิดจากลูกค้าอ่านกฏและข้อตกลงไม่ครบถ้วน ทางนักวาดจะไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น
🔵 ไม่รับงานรีบ เนื่องจาก 1 ชิ้นงานอาจใช้เวลา 7 วัน ถึง 1 เดือนขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดงาน
🔵 1 คิว = 1 ชิ้นงาน งานรอตามคิวงานเท่านั้น คิวงานจะเรียงตามลูกค้าที่ส่งบรีฟก่อน
🔵 หากใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ จะเพิ่ม 50% ของราคางาน กรุณาแจ้งให้ทางเราทราบ
🔵 โอนเงินมัดจำก่อน 50% ของราคางาน หรือสะดวกจ่ายเต็มจำนวนก่อนเริ่มงาน
🔵 ไม่คืนเงินหรือยกเลิกงานทุกกรณี หลังจากโอนเงินมัดจำหรือจ่ายเต็มจำนวนแล้ว หากต้องการยกเลิกงาน ต้องยกเลิกงานก่อนโอนเงิน
🔵 หากมีเดดไลน์ ขอให้แจ้งให้ทางเราทราบก่อนเริ่มงานให้ชัดเจน หากแจ้งหลังจากเริ่มทำงานระยะหนึ่งแล้ว ตัวชิ้นงานเสร็จไม่ทัน จะไม่มีการยกเลิกงานหรือคืนมัดจำใดๆทั้งสิ้น
🔵 แก้แบบร่างได้ไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง ครั้งต่อไปคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
🔵 หลังงานเสร็จ หากต้องการแก้งาน จะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มต่อครั้งในการแก้งาน ราคาจะขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดในส่วนที่ต้องการแก้งาน
🔵 ส่งไฟล์งานผ่าน Email
🔵 นักวาดสามารถโพสภาพเบื้องหลังการสร้างผลงาน(พาดลายน้ำ) ลงบน social mediaต่างๆของนักวาด เพื่อใช้โปรโมท โดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า หากไม่ต้องการให้นำไปเผยแพร่กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าให้ทางเราทราบ
🔵 ทุกผลงานจะถูกนำไปใช้ในการใส่พอร์ตหรือเป็นภาพประกอบในการโปรโมทคอมมิชชั่น(พาดลายน้ำ)โดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า หากไม่ต้องการให้นำไปเผยแพร่กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าให้ทางเราทราบ

🟡ข้อตกลงและขั้นตอนการทำงาน

🟡 คุยงานผ่าน Facebook, X (Twitter) หรือ Email เพื่อสะดวกในการพูดคุยงาน
🟡 การบรีฟงาน หรือให้รายละเอียดข้อมูล หลักๆที่นักวาดต้องการทราบคือ จุดประสงค์ในการใช้งาน, นำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์หรือไม่, ขนาดรูปภาพ/dpiที่ต้องการ (มาตราฐานจะยึดหลักขนาด A4 600dpi), รายละเอียดงานที่ต้องการ, ลักษณะท่าทางของตัวละคร หรือ mood&toneที่ต้องการ สามารถหารูปประกอบอ้างอิงมาให้ดูได้ หลังจากนั้นจะประเมิณราคาตามรายละเอียด กรณีที่ไม่มั่นใจหรือไม่รู้จะให้รายละเอียดยังไง สามารถให้นักวาดเสนอไอเดียหรือปรึกษาหารือร่วมกันได้
🟡 ลูกค้าจะต้องโอนเงินค่ามัดจำครึ่งหนึ่งของราคาหรือโอนจำนวนเต็ม และแสดงหลักฐานการโอนเงินก่อนเริ่มงาน หากลูกค้าต้องการจ่ายเป็นงวด สามารถพูดคุยตกลงกับนักวาดได้
🟡 หลังจากนักวาดได้รับเงินแล้ว นักวาดจะร่างภาพและไอเดีย เสนอแบบดราฟให้ลูกค้าเลือกว่าชอบแบบไหน เมื่อโอเคแล้ว จะเริ่มรัฟcolor(color roughs) และเสนอสีโดยรวมของงานให้ลูกค้าดู
🟡 หลังจากลูกค้าพอใจแบบดราฟและรัฟcolorงานแล้ว นักวาดก็จะเริ่มลงรายละเอียดของงานมากขึ้นจนถึงFinal
🟡 เมื่อเสร็จแล้วจะส่งให้ลูกค้าเช็คดูงาน
หากลูกค้าต้องการแก้บางส่วน ให้ลูกค้ารวบรวมรายละเอียดที่ต้องการแก้ เพื่อให้นักวาดประมาณราคาในการแก้งานเพิ่มลูกค้าจะต้องโอนเงินค่าแก้งานให้ก่อนจึงจะดำเนินการแก้งานและส่งมอบให้ลูกค้าเช็คงานอีกครั้ง ราคาแก้งานขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดที่ต้องแก้
🟡 หากลูกค้าโอเคแล้ว ลูกค้าจะต้องโอนเงินในส่วนที่เหลือให้ครบเต็มจำนวน นักวาดจึงจะส่งไฟล์งานผ่านทางอีเมลได้
